Breakfast Menu available everyday until 3pm

Breakfast Croissants-served with a side of fruit
  • Egg & provolone Croissants with choice of sausage patties, bacon, ham, or tomatoes
  • Egg & provolone croissants served with all breakfast meat
  • Tyron's Breakfast Sandwich (BLT with Egg)

Platters
  • Got meat: 2 eggs w/ 2 sausage patties, 2 links, 2 slices of bacon, 2oz ham
  • Moms: 1 egg, fruit, toast, w/ choice of meat
  • Dads: 2 eggs, toast, and our wonderful fruit bowl
  • The Basic: 2 eggs, home fries, and toast w/ choice of meat
  • The Big Breakfast: 3 eggs, home fries, fresh fruit, and toast with choice of meat
  • Eggs ala Dan: 2 eggs scrambled choice of two meats.

Cereals
  • Homemade granola
  • Hot oatmeal

Classics
  • French toast w/ fruit
  • Old fashioned buscuits and gravy

weekday scramblers (6:30-9:00 weekdays only. No substutions)
  • 3 eggs scrambled with cheese, and one slice of toast, with your choice of meat

Omelets
made with three eggs and served with homefries. Egg whites available upon request
  • Two cheese
  • Portabella and Thyme
  • Pappies-turkey, tomatoes, guacamole, topped with a lemany, tangy Hollandaise sauce
  • Greek-wilted spinach, tomatoes, black olives, onion, feta cheese
  • Seafood- loaded with sauteed shrimp and crab with wilted spinach, roasted red peppers
  • Brie and Vegetarian- brie, wilted spinach, roasted red peppers, and portabellos
  • Brie and bacon- loaded with bitts of bacon and brie cheese
  • The vegetarian omelet-artichoke hearts, tomatoes, onion, garlic, and fresh basil

Eggs Benedict and Hash
Served with fresh fruit
  • Eggs benedict- a toasted muffin topped with ham, wilted spinach, two poached eggs, with lemony Hollandaise sauce.
  • Veggie eggs benedict- a toasted english muffin topped with wilted spinach, and fresh tomatoes, two poached eggs and hollandaise sauce
  • Egggs California- a toasted english muffin topped with wilted spinach, and artichoke hearts, portabellas, two poached eggs and blanketed with Hollandaises sauce.
  • Corn beef hash and egges- homemade with two poached eggs

    Most restaurants have HORRIBLE eggs benedict... Soulard Coffee Garden's hollandaise sauce is wonderful... just the right zip. Eggs are poached perfectly too! A must have treat!
